Make sure Basic authentication is enabled on the ISA and that you have a
protocol rule and a site and content rule allowing it through. Then make
sure you're pointing at the ISA on the Linux box as a http proxy or have it
set up as a secure nat client.

How can I to configure a client linux behind ISA Server to use Web ?
The linux client ping my server and use my internal dns server to resolve
internet queries, but
isn't passing throught ISA Server authentication.
