Changing Hostname

I'm sure I read somewhere that there are problems chaning the machine name
after installing ISA.  Is this right?  What are the problems?  I'm wanting
to change the name of a machine in production and can't afford lots of
downtime.  Can someone tell me best how to do this?  Or are there even any
problems?
