No failed request...it was just showing the old page. Obviously it was cached
somewhere.

Got ISA logs for the failed requests?
The s-cache-info field should help.
Otherwise, we'd need a network crapture.

I restarted ISA and the updated page displayed. He restarted IIS7 a few times.
Cache was disabled.
His site is the only one that seems to be affected by this. All my sites show
updated pages when they've been edited. As does ISATools.
I have enabled the cache, and his site ain't in it, because it's in the no
cache rule. (as are mine).

I was actually about to suggest that it has something to do with IIS7, 'cos all
the other sites update fine and do not require a restart of the service.
