No, you can't.
Remove ISA, relocate to the new site, reinstall in a new array.

Hi dears,
I have an Array ISA2k configured in my net. I want to modify the
internal
net of my servers and to associating a new site in the AD Sites an
Services. I can make this without having to reinstall the ISA.

Thanks for regards!
