Cant Ping or VPN

Hi all,
Weel I fixed my dial up config server by ripping ISA out completely and
the reinstalling it, however my great plan of backing it up and
restoring failed when ISA informed me it couldn't use the backup file
(which is probably the same issue that caused the dial up problem in the
first place).
So I've reconfigured from scratch but have a small problem, even though
I have used the VPN config wizard to get the SecureNAT PPTP filter and
have turned on routing I cant ping through ISA or establish VPN
connections. I think I must have missed something but don't know what,
can anyone assist?
