Cannot connect to an ISA Server using PPTP ???

Hi,
I have a little problem with VPN and ISA. I configure ISA server to accept
VPN connetion from client. My ISA server is directly connected to
Internet. From a client using a modem connection to connect to internet
via FREE provider, I can't open a VPN connection using PPTP ?
Is the default filtre create by the assistant if usefull or may have
modify them ?
