I know how to activate the Advanced View, what I am saying is that it doesn't stay in Advanced View. When I open the MMC again, it has defaulted back to the Taskpad view. -----Original Message----- From: hanan [mailto:nouran@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: 02 January 2003 09:22 AM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] RE: Cannot activate ADVANCED menu in MMC! http://www.ISAserver.org Hello In your isa mmc click on view on the tope and chose taskpad or advanced Hanan -----Original Message----- From: William Robertson [mailto:robertson.william@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 02 January 2003 07:28 To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] Cannot activate ADVANCED menu in MMC! http://www.ISAserver.org Hi there Has anyone perhaps had a situation wherein the ISA Server MMC does not retan your selected View? When you open the MMC, you can right-click on something like Monitoring and change the view from Taskpad to Advanced. My problem is, once I ahve changed the view to Advanced and then closed the MMC, when I open it again it remains in the Taskpad view. I have ISA SP1 installed and I cannot think of any other way of telling ISA to save this setting for me. Any ideas? Cheers William R.
