Hi Tom,
At the command prompt:
Nslookup www.microsoft.com. (make sure to include the trailing period)
What is the result?
Now, the next step:
1. Enter Nslookup, then press ENTER
2. At the >, enter server ns1.august.net. (enter the trailing period)
3. Enter www.microsoft.com. (make sure to enter the trailing period)
For example:
C:\Documents and Settings\tshinder.TACTEAM>nslookup
Default Server: marsoutpost.tacteam.net
Address: 192.168.1.34
> server ns1.august.net.
Default Server: ns1.august.net
Address: 192.150.87.18
> www.microsoft.com.
Server: ns1.august.net
