Cannot Start Microsoft Firewall

Dear All
I have ISA Serevr installed in Windows 2003 Ent. Server
The Microsoft Firewall Service unable to start
And it gives an Error msg
Windows cannot start Microsoft Firewall on local computer, if it is
non-Microsoft service contact the service provider.
While Microsoft Web Proxy is working fine ..
This happen suddenly with no reason which was working perfectly.
Can some one help me in this
