Hi Wendy,

When I reconfigured, I used an image of a domain controller, so the
domain was the same. I rebuilt the ISA firewall and it worked. I never
did figure out why it didn't work the first time. I did a lot of packet
traces and the client actually sent a disconnect message to the ISA
firewall!

Try enabling and disabling user mapping and see what happens.

Is the new environment just for ISA server or whole new doamin which
includes new install of DC, CA, IAS, Exchange, and ISA?
