Hi Wendy, When I reconfigured, I used an image of a domain controller, so the domain was the same. I rebuilt the ISA firewall and it worked. I never did figure out why it didn't work the first time. I did a lot of packet traces and the client actually sent a disconnect message to the ISA firewall! Try enabling and disabling user mapping and see what happens.
