Hi Steve,
I followed the same steps mentioned in KB article Q298900 for Borland's
GateKeeper with SSL certificate installed.
I was able to use GateKeeper from outside via ISA without installing the
same certificate on ISA.
Correct me if I am wrong.

Lotus Domino Server.
