Ok
Let me ask this question first
Does this screen look proper so that the clients pull from the local
cache of this ISA server more often than going all the way to the web?

Hi Michael,

The key here is "seem" -- there are numbers that can prove things one
way or the other.

Configuration is everything, from bandwidth savings to improved
performance. If incorrectly configured, you won't get what you want out
of the ISA firewall.
