hi,
  i don't know your network infrastructure. if you don't have any dns
server, in your company, you can just set any public dns server on your isa
network adapter, or you can install dns server on your isa (or other)
machine.

That's all i have to do to create a caching only proxy server ?

I don't need to configure the server act as a DNS server ?
