It can be done, I have done it.
Jim I believe we have talked about this separately as well, the only
thing that we couldn't do was a IPSEC VPN from two different ISA boxes
that contained the same internal IP range, but this is normal anyway
regardless of being an ISA problem.

It can be done. There are examples on the Cisco website. The only thing
I'm not sure about is if that tunnel can have a QoS policy in place.
