Google is your friend.... From experience it's more than likely bad
hardware in the system that freaks out a driver. Time to download the
symbol pack for your OS and figure out what driver it was, then replace
the offending piece of equipment if you have a spare.

Our ISA box (W2003) BSOD'd and rebooted this morning, and this is all I
can find in the logs. There is no apparent precursor event in
Application or System event logs. There have been no configuration
changes or patches applied in the last week or so.
The reason supplied by user SBC\Administrator for the last unexpected
shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error
