That's the lovely thing about bugcheck events; there usually isn't much
in the way of warning, since it's usually memory faults or a kernel-mode
component (drivers are the favs) that causes it.
Start by searching MSKB for "bugcheck" and 0x805000f.
You can also start swapping memory and CPU while you wait for PSS or the
hardware mfr support.

Our ISA box (W2003) BSOD'd and rebooted this morning, and this is all I
can find in the logs.  There is no apparent precursor event in
Application or System event logs.  There have been no configuration
changes or patches applied in the last week or so.

shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error
