Flowscan could perhaps be tweaked to your pourpose.

Hello!

I want to mess the bandwith used in my leased lines and internet links
by application (TCP port).
An software like MRTG, but with graphing by selected application
port.

I use an sniffer (IRIS) but the protocol graph only show 
traditional protocols like http, ftp, dns, smtp and others
applications are showed as other protocols. ISA show's it as
unknowed.
I want to choose applications like PcAnywhere, Terminal
Server, ICA-MetaFrame, Oracle, db2, .... and see
how much bandwidth they use specifically.
