Yep, I had exactly the same experience as you guys! Decided I needed it back up and running, and it was quicker to recreate it by hand. At least I got the SMTP and WEB working within 10mins, and no-one noticed that everything wasn't as it was before. Which allowed me to recreate everything else under less pressure. I'd love to know how to use them though!
