Hello,
 
I think,  you don't need to use NT backup .
 
You can back up the ISA server by ISA Management console.
Run ISA management console,expand "server and array" and select the
server which you want to backup and right click the mouse ,point to
"backup".

Yasterday, I try to backup my ISA configuration use ntbackup success
full.
But the repport say : 

Backup started on 7/28/2002 at 9:32 AM.
Warning: The file \Program Files\Microsoft ISA Server\GKDB.ldb in use -
skipped.
Warning: The file \Program Files\Microsoft ISA Server\GKDB.MDB in use -
skipped.
Backup completed on 7/28/2002 at 9:35 AM.
 
how to stop this service ? 
And then how  I can backup all file on ISA 2000 ,nor any file skipped ??
, for everyone help me please !!
