Hi folks, I think I know the answer (more bandwidth and/or Packetteer (or something like it)). ISA 2004 Std, running on W2K3 std, in a domain. Windows Task Manager says my internet facing NIC is full. Performance Monitor says internal NIC has more packets and bytes than external (Internet) NIC (usually), thus causing the Backlogged packets (I think). It goes up and down, based on traffic. I've seen it as high as 19,000+ packets. Performance Monitor also says: no pending DNS, no pending TCP connections, a few dropped packets, but low % wise. Available worker threads sits between 90-100, worker threads sits at 102 % Processor time is < 20%, usually < 10% Nothing in Event Logs indicating any error. Now, my clients with Firewall client or Proxy settings seem to get through even with backlogged packets fairly high. My secureNat clients do not. When backlogged packets gets to 0 (or close), then the secureNat clients work just fine. Any advice? Thanks.
