You don't use ISA server for that.
 
You use your domain login script or a group policy.

I was trying to add software to computer, but it only installed software to 
client, and didn't copy the file to client computer.

            How do I set up my ISA server for user when they turn on their 
client computer, then it will automatically copy preset file from server to 
client computer
