Hello Kashif.

ur problem can be solved easily,
1- go to ISA Console.
2- go to Policy Elements.
3- go to Dialup entry.
4- add ur dialer account of ISP with the USR ID & P/W.
5- And set it as default.
6- then go to Network Configurationgs in ISA.
7- Right click it's properties and select the USE DIALUP ENTRY check box.

Hope this will solve ur problem.
