Autentification with Internet Explorer

Hello!
I have Windows 2000 Server and ISA Server 2000 installed.
Acceding through clients with Internet Explorer, and executing asp or
javascripts in the web, ask me user autentification to access to the
firewall (ISA).
When I complete password and user name, appear "Cannot Find Server or DNS
Error".
In the logs of Proxy Service, at this time appear the User as "Anonymous".
I used Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Explorer
6. But i couldn't execute the process.
Has anyone a good solution to this problem?
