Are you asking for the script to create blocking filters on every server in
the enterprise?

allows automatically block intruder by the packet filter. (I saw that
the author of this script is Jim Harrison , isn't it ?? ) If so can you
send me the version of this program which works in such configuration
like :

Yes; if the clients have the Firewall Client installed, you can disallow
applications by name.
This is controlled in the "Client Configuration", "Firewall Client",
"Application Settings" part of the Admin MMC.
