Allowing MySQL frontend to access webserver through ISA

Hi all,
I will try to explain this as best as possible. The application
development department of our company needs MySQL access to our webserver
on the DMZ. This MySQL client software uses port 3306. I want to allow
this dept to access the webserver using the MySQL client, however only
from the internal LAN.
Can this be done...if so how?
