The alerts are working except the SMTP filter alert.

The SMTP alert using email works when you press the "Test" button but when a
rule is actually broken the rule isn't logged in the NT event logs and
neither is an email sent.

I am pretty sure this worked when testing with the SMTP filter installed on
the same machine as the ISA Server.

Now it is loaded onto separate box it doesn't work.

The rules are being enforced but the alerts aren't being initiated.
