Firstly, If you want to use ISA in cache mode you can install that in cache
mode instead of Integrated mode. You say, you have disabled the second lan
card but this is not recommended when ISA is in Integrated mode tho you have
disalbed ISA FIREWALL Service.

You may be getting this error because of tha new rule which u created to
exempt the site from cache. Even you deleted that route, I think thatz still
ther in Windows Routing Table. Just give ROUTE PRINT command and check if
that route exists and use ROUTE DELETE command to delete that route.

You can try this!

Good luck,
Athif

Subject: [isalist] After exempting a site from caching

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi;
I am running ISA2000 sp1 on a Win2003 server. Installed it in intergraded
mode but only using server for caching...have the firewall service
stopped. After following the steps described in the tutorial for
exempting a site from cache, I am receiving the dreaded 14120 error. I do
have two NICs in the server, but have the second one disabled. I've
deleted the destination set & routing rule that I created after I saw the
errors, plus rebooted the server but the errors keep coming. Any advice
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
