We've circled this drain a few times.
In order for any machine to have two separate connections to the
Internet, it must have two completely separate default gateways. ISA
doesn't support this scenario and there's nothing you can do *with ISA*
to make it work.

Probably ISA don't formally support that scenario, but you can have two
NIC's connected to internet and with some "touches" send traffic to one
or the other one.
I guess (one more time), that option can work. Of course the easy way is
to add a second ISA, but....

Unfortunately, you would guess wrong.
ISA does not (yet) support multiple Internet interfaces.
Bryan has two choices; multiple ISA servers or an external
connection-sharing device.

I guess you should be able to add another network card connected to the
new internet switch, create a network for it.
Create another network with your users IP range and NAT the user's
network to the new network created with your new NIC.

I was hoping to NOT add another server to the mix. We are a small
