Ok, ok; take a long breath...
The web proxy service uses a pared-down version of the FTP application
filter.
I believe that it only operates in PASV (Tom may correct me on this)...

ISa server it have Gateway: 217156.38.1
Customers clients it have same gateway ! but it have IE setup to use
proxy server (ISA SERVER)

This is NOT SECURE NAT !
This is not FIREWALL CLIENTS !

It is a simple setup of USE PROXY SERVER ...
