Activate LU Error

O learned people,
I am getting this "Activate LU Error" when I go thru ISA Server. If I
bypass ISA Server I get on the secured site, no problems. The rest of the
message says "Unable to establish connection with host. The host port is
not listening for a connection."
Any thoughts or ideas,
