Access to an Internal PC

Say, I want certain client of mine, who is outside my network, to have
access to one PC that exists on my internal network. Assuming I have VPN
setup and I have a user setup on AD that only has access to that
workstation for my client.
How what I go about doing that? How do I create rules to only allow access
to that one PC and not the entire network?
