what i have is that i can access the private ips of the LAT ( internal ) hosts behind the ISA because I have a tunnel configured between 2 routers so i will not need to access the internal host using the isa public ip and publishing rules. for ex i need to access pcanywhere for ex on an internal host from one site of the tunnel using the host private address what shall i do to allow pcanywhere? However ISA 2000 can only do this for tcp and udp traffic, so what you are trying to achieve will not work. Packet filters can be used to allow access to the ISA itself and the perimeter hosts ...what about the internal hosts defined in the LAT table?? For ex: i want the internal hosts to be able to ping remote sites ; so i need to allow icmp response ( in ) to my internal network so how to specify it ?? There is a predined packet filter that allows icmp response ( in ) to the ISA itself so ISA can ping remote sites. Any help is appreciated.
