Access Policy for adult sites on ISA Server

Hi all,

I am new to ISA, and I am installing GFI Web Monitor on ISA 2004. After
the installation completed according the manual, they said that Access
Policy for adult sites on ISA Server should created at this point.

Can anyone tell me what are they talking about, and how do I created?
