That's basically what I meant. You have to create them by hand,
however you can script that out.

There are instructions at isaserver.org and in the ISA help for setting
up
ODBC logging for ISA.
You don't have to create all the tables by hand.

Logging is a fun issue for me! You have to create the columns and
tables.
For ODBC logging there is a set format as required by IIS. If you
import
Your own logs there still are a set format for the fields that IIS
generates.
Once you have your flat file created then you can parse via T-SQL the
information that you want to analyze into summary tables, OLAP tables
And do all the data mining your heart desires.

With regards to setting up logging to a database, what is the easist
method for doing this? Do you simply have to setup a database, and the
logging service creates tables / columns etc, or do you have to create
the columns/tables yourself?

I've been looking at doing something like this for a while, but haven't
been able to find the time to sit down and look at it. If I get the
database going, the ASP should be reasonably easy to code, and I'd be
happy to share :)
