ASX Streaming

First off a "Thank You" to all of you who have taken the time to review
this question.
I have a problem I haven?t been able to figure out regarding the streaming
of Microsoft media files (*.asx/*.asf) files via a web page.
I have created a test setup where I have my web server (untrusted) > My
ISA Server > My Win 2K Client.
The web page I have hosted on my web server has embedded streaming media
files included in it. When I attempt to connect to the web page from
either my ISA server or my Win 2K client PC, I get the web pages displayed
properly, however, the embedded streaming files never plays. The
Microsoft Media Player browser plugin starts up, but the content is never
delivered.
Just for kicks, I had joined the ISA server as a member of the domain of
my Web Server and made the ISA server part of an array within my test
domain, which is also hosting the web server that I?m trying to get the
media streaming to work from. When I perform this, the streaming works
like a champ. Why the difference? And how to I get the streaming to work
without the ISA server being a member of that domain or in an array?
