A required privilege is not held by the client?

I tried to backup the ISA by clicking
Server_name/Properties/Backup.../Create_backup_filename/OK
and then give an error message is "The operation Failed" and Details says
"A required privilege is not held by the client" I could not backup any
data of ISA under Administrator/Backup operator account.
What can I do?
