A queestion about destinations sets

I'm setting up a filter to block access to non acceptable sites. I've set
up a destination filter with the domain *.sex.com. It appears that this
blocks access to www.sex.com but not sex.com, uplike the syntax in proxy
server which would block both. So do I now have to make two entries,
sex.com and *.sex.com to block all access to the site?
