Hi,
A number of travelling working of one of my clients regularly use VPN
connections, through an ISA server back to the office. The tend to use the
hibernate function on the windows XP based notebooks, and a combination of
wireless broadband cards, client networks, public wireless access points and
dial up connections to be able to reacdh the office to access files / update
client details in the CRM package, and access e-mail.
They are regularly seeing the notebook freeze when the VPN connects or
disconnects for periods of several minutes, the mouse works, but explorer seems
to just go into sleep mode, only to wake up several minutes later, and then
behave quite normally.
Any suggestions ?

Regards
Glenn
