8443 port problem behind ISA

hi all,
i m facing problem behind isa firewal, acctually we are providing
hosting services and our server control pannel are not opening behind isa
firewal, https://69.10.154.112:8443/ this link are opening fine on any
dialup or on server connected direct to modem but not running in lan or
behind isa. i have open port 8443 but its still not running. have any body
here to helpout or resolve this problem. open this link on modem connected
system u will see user and password input box then open this link behind
isa firewall even all ip tarfic are assigned this will not open. i m
waiting for response.
