2nd private network in a current TRI homed system with DMZ

I posted an item back on the 4th of january. I was looking for some help
on integrating a 4th NIC ( a second private network) on my ISA server. I
was looking for the process on how to do that and also do I need to look
at bulking up my Physical hardware?
I am currently running a Dell 2400 Duel 700mhz Xeon Processor Server with
100Gig of free Disk space for logs and 1gig of ram.
