  Yes, but with EE its not an in place updgrade. You have to BU, uninstall, 
install, and restore.

    you can still upgrade from isa 2004 ent to isa 2006 ent.. just not standard 
to ent and ent to standard.

        according to what im reading an inplace upgrade works from 2004 (as 
long as they are the same versions, std, ent) to 2006.

        Use the backup restore if you want to change hardware.

        and there is no direct upgrade path rom isa 200 to 2006
