2 way NLB

Hi all,
I am in need of 2 way NLB. We are planning an ISA array and I have 2
servers each with 2 NIC's.
One NIC on each server is on external network and the other nic on each
of the servers is on internal network.
As per our requirements, we need to load balance both ways. Requests
from outside should be balanced and also the
same with the requests from the internal network. As per my knowledge we
can use NLB only on one NIC of a multihomed server.
Can anyone suggest a viable solution for this problem.
