2 private IP's & one public ip ?

If my LAN card is assigned with 2 private IP's 192.168.1.4 & 192.168.1.24
than how could i configure my webpublishing rule to send the request to
internal webserver through my selected one IP e.g. 192.168.1.24, when
requets come from one externel(real) IP ??
Because i have configure my website to allow only request from the ip of
192.168.1.24.
suggestions will be highly appreciated.
