Double-check that routing rule.
It believes that it has to speak to an upstream server.
What is the %upstream" server is its way out...

No we don't have upstream proxy
We have enterprise arrays
Where I have this event in a router that I configured a routing rule for
no cache with destination set and I specified the rule to retrieving
them directly from the specific destination
I don't know if there is a relation with this rule or not?
