12202 - URL Denied

Hi,
I have a ISA server configured with several publishing rules all
are operational but after a few hours of operations access to the
internal sites is no longer working. External clients get the "The ISA
Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)"
After a system restart all is ok...
