Actually I answered the question myself. You should see two posts from me, the 
second had the answer. It never fails, research something, give up, then post 
the question, do one more search and there is the answer. :)

The answer is; the 120 day eval is a different build than the full version. 
Thus the reccommended method is to back up the config of your 120 day version, 
uninstall it, then install the full version and restore your config.

The unfortunate part is that we cannot test SP1 with the 120 day eval version 
because it is a different build.

Greetings,

If a server has the 120 day eval version installed, can it be upgraded to
the full version? Or, do you have to back up the settings, uninstall the
eval copy and install the full version.
