Hi Tony, I use a similar approach to yourself. However, In stead of entering the amount, I usually hit the button on the bottom right of the screen and then manually enter the amount, i.e. 250 for 250 euro. I then hit the third button down on the right of the screen to confirm. After I do that, do you know if I'm prompted for the receipt again? All this just goes to show why we need talking ATMs in Ireland. Hi All, When using AIB ATM's beware. There has been an additional step added to the cash withdrawal process. If you're like me, when you're using an ATM, you just enter a series of key presses from memory. - card in - enter PIN - press button on top right of screen twice - hit amount - cash appears Well, after you've entered your amount, you are now asked if you want a receipt.. or something useless to VIPs. The button on the bottom left of the screen is yes, and the button on the bottom right of the screen is no. If you don't hit either, you are asked if you want more time, and eventually after an annoying noise... your card comes back, but no cash appears. I thought I should send this warning out, as it is the start of the weekend. Hitting the drink link is something a lot of us will do before the night kicks off.. It would be horrendous if you were deprived of a few scoops because your friendly ATM wouldn't cough up.
