Dear all, I contacted Comreg about this issue this morning and they
confirmed with me that they are not going to remove the requirement on
eircom to provide the free directory inquiry service.

    Thanks for letting us know Michael.
I too sent  an email to COMREG expressing our concern.

Let's hope that the company will take our needs into account before making
any final decisions.

If they ignore our individual requests however,  I'd say we'd need to ask
ncbi to contact them on our behalf. What do the rest of you think?
