Dear all, I contacted Comreg about this issue this morning and they confirmed with me that they are not going to remove the requirement on eircom to provide the free directory inquiry service. I too sent an email to COMREG expressing our concern. Let's hope that the company will take our needs into account before making any final decisions. If they ignore our individual requests however, I'd say we'd need to ask ncbi to contact them on our behalf. What do the rest of you think? Maria.
