Hi Gary,

Thank you and of course I do not mind at all.

As a matter of interest I was trawling Google just now to get that answer and
believe it or not saw nothing to answer me accurately of this.

How do we ensure then that we are aat the top of a mail using VO I wonder?

I presume if you don’t hear anything then you’re good to go perhaps?

You are not always told where you are when we write?

Hope you do not mind me pointing out that when you are in the body to text ,
double tap and you will hear insertion point on top , as if its down your
message will be at the bottom of the message that you replied too.  Hope that
I make sence.  Gary

Gary,

I was intrigued with your question but the answer is simple enough!

When you open the CC field for editing (insertion point at end!) swipe back
up to the add contact button and you will be presented with the full list
of contacts.
If you have put yourself into the contacts list you can select that email
and it will appear in the CC field as that is the active edit box at this
point. It does not matter whether you have anything in the To field or not.

All the best,

Cearbhall

Hi Cearbhall, all,

Yes an interesting question that’s for sure.

In relation I wonder is it necessary always to go to contacts to add in?

I find that if I try to type in an address say that I remember and which is
not in my contacts it proves difficult as the phone is always trying to
bring me there.

As I wrote here before the insertion point too I’d like to know more of?

TIA,

Tony
