Dear Fellow Readers,
*Innisfree 20*, the spring 2015 issue of *Innisfree Poetry Journal*, is now
available at www.innisfreepoetry.org. (Previous readers may need to reload
the page to see the new issue.) In this issue, we take a “Closer Look” at
the poems of Betty Adcock, the author of seven collections, most
recently, *Widow
Poems* (Jacar Press, 2014) and *Slantwise* (LSU Press, 2008).
In addition to the new poems other contributors, Katherine E. Young gives
us translations of poems by the Russian poet Vladimir Kornilov. And Rod
Jellema, calling on years of experience and thought, contributes three
artful essays (which first appeared in Poet Lore) that consider, and
delightfully so, the reading, writing, and teaching of poetry.
